Fast answers to our most commonly asked questions:

Q: What is the difference between Fresh Roses and Long lasting Roses?
A: Fresh Roses are our fresh classic roses that need water and Long lasting Roses are our roses that last more than 3 years without water.

Q: How long can I keep my roses in their wrapping?
A: A single stem rose can stay wrapped for up to 24 hours. Larger bouquets will need to have their packaging removed and be placed in fresh water and a vase within maximum of 6 hours.

Q: Can I add water to fresh arrangements that arrive in boxes or vases?
A: Yes, however some arrangements will need to be watered into the green foam of the box.  Please note, due to the size of some boxed products they can not hold a lot of water. If damage is caused to the product during watering Luxury Roses will not be liable to exchange or refund it.

Q: Do you deliver to my region?
A: We deliver throughout every region where we have a store, certain products are available for Nationwide delivery. We do not currently deliver to regions where we do not have an operating store, except for the long lasting roses that are delivery world wide.

Q: Where can I buy Luxury Roses products near me?
A: We are located in Queen Victoria Building. 455 George Street, Lower Ground Floor Next to Dior. Sydney - Australia.

Q: Should I water my Long Lasting Rose?
A: Our Long Lasting Roses do not require water and should not be watered, under any circumstances, as this will cause damage to your product.

Q: How do I keep my roses fresh?
A: 1. Fill the vase with room temperate water
2. Add the flower food sachet as provided
3. Remove the protective wrap keeping the flowers tied as arranged
4. Cut diagonally approx. 2cm from the bottom of the stems using a sharp knife. Don't use regular scissors as they'll squeeze the stem and the rose won't be able to absorb enough water.
5. Remove any excess leaves that will sit in the water.
6. Avoid direct sunlight, heaters and air conditioners and fans.
7. In 3 days’ time re-cut the stems and change the water.

Q: How long will my roses last?
A: The lifespan of roses can depend on many factors,  where they are kept, the climate, and how you look after them are but a few examples. As a general rule our ClassicRoses should last up to 5-7  days and our Long Lasting Roses should last up to 3 years, providing our care tips are followed.
